The Armed Forces Race Challenge (AFRC) is pleased to announce AutoRARA as a partner for the 2026 season, further strengthening the championship’s connection with leading UK automotive specialists.

AutoRARA, an award-winning UK classic and performance car specialist, will support the championship while introducing competitors and the wider motorsport community to its Clubsport programme — a bespoke vehicle development concept focused on enhancing both road and track performance.

Founded in 2022 and based in Derbyshire, AutoRARA has established itself as a leading name in classic and modern classic vehicle restoration, restomod engineering and performance development. Combining traditional craftsmanship with modern engineering discipline, the company operates a fully integrated in-house model spanning fabrication, paint, trim, mechanical engineering and vehicle development — enabling complete control over quality, performance and finish.

The partnership reflects a natural alignment between AFRC’s community-driven ethos and AutoRARA’s focus on precision, engineering integrity and driver-focused performance.

Since its formation in 2006, the Armed Forces Race Challenge has brought together service personnel, veterans and members of the emergency services to compete in circuit racing. As part of the 750 Motor Club portfolio, the championship provides an accessible yet competitive environment where driver skill and consistency are prioritised over outright performance.

AutoRARA’s Clubsport programme is designed to deliver controlled, repeatable performance — creating vehicles that retain road usability while offering confidence-inspiring capability on circuit. The programme is aimed at drivers seeking a more considered and engineered approach to performance, without compromising usability.

The 2026 AFRC season will feature five race weekends across leading UK circuits including Silverstone, Snetterton, Cadwell Park, Brands Hatch and Thruxton, with competitors racing in road-based sports and saloon cars grouped by power-to-weight classes.

Chris Slator, AFRC Promoter, commented:

“AutoRARA’s focus on engineering excellence and passion for motorsport make them a strong addition to the Armed Forces Race Challenge. Our championship prides itself on a professional yet supportive paddock environment, and we are pleased to be working with partners who share that mindset and contribute positively to the experience of our competitors.”

Andy McInnes from AutoRARA added:

“Motorsport has always been a proving ground for engineering integrity, and that aligns closely with how we approach every project at AutoRARA.

Partnering with the Armed Forces Race Challenge allows us to engage with a community that values discipline, skill and continuous improvement — principles that sit at the core of our work.

Through our Clubsport programme, we aim to demonstrate how carefully considered engineering can deliver not just performance, but confidence, consistency and enjoyment both on road and on circuit.”

The 2026 season marks a continued step forward for AFRC as it works alongside a range of industry partners to enhance the paddock experience, strengthen technical engagement and support the ongoing development of competitors throughout the championship.
