Tomley RC to support the 2026 Armed Forces Race Challenge with exciting raffle for competitors
The Armed Forces Race Challenge (AFRC) is delighted to announce a new silver partnership with Tomley RC for the 2026 season. The AFRC, a championship dedicated to serving and retired members of the UK Armed Forces, competes on some of the country’s most renowned racing circuits, bringing together personnel from across the services to celebrate their passion for motorsport.
Tomley RC, a popular YouTube channel run by an ex-RAF aircraft electrician, has become a respected name in the remote control and modelling community. Known for its engaging content covering everything from cars and planes to helicopters and toys, Tomley RC stands out for its innovative competitions and strong commitment to supporting motorsport and RC community events.
Through this partnership, Tomley RC will be actively involved in the AFRC2026 season as a silver partner. In a special initiative, Tomley RC will be running a pre-season raffle competition exclusively for AFRC competitors registered before 1st April 2026, offering the chance to win a Ready To Run remote control car. This exciting opportunity highlights both organisations’ commitment to engaging the motorsport community and providing added value to those who serve or have served in our Armed Forces.
Chris Slator, Fly Motorsport and promoter of AFRC commented: “We warmly welcome Tomley RC to the AFRC family for 2026. Their enthusiasm for motorsport and the wider community mirrors our own, and we are thrilled to offer our competitors this unique competition thanks to their generous support. The commitments made by Tomley RC to support AFRC like our other partners will be used to enhance the experience of our competitors”
Tomley RC added: “We’re proud to partner with the AFRC and to give back to those who share our passion for motorsport and remote control hobbies. We look forward to supporting the championship and engaging with its fantastic community throughout the season.”
